Hello and Welcome to 305 Counseling! My name is Lillian, the administrative assistant for 305 Counseling, and I am often the first person you speak to when contacting us. I am more than happy to hear when you reach out via email or phone. My role is to answer any questions or concerns, schedule your sessions, create any documentation you may need, and make sure you have a great experience with our team and get the most out of our services.

Apart from being the administrative assistant for the team, I too am aspiring to a career in Counseling Psychology, and am currently pursuing my graduate education and role as a Mental Health Advocate for the community.

I work with my groups/clients to help them accept, live with, and overcome the difficulties experienced in living with a mental health disorder/disability. I also work with my groups/clients to advise and help them navigate becoming adults with such conditions. I aspire to be an open space for clients to “vent” and keep their thoughts confidential with an equipped individual.

I have a passion for adolescents and young adults who experience mood and developmental disorders; as well as other mental or learning disabilities.

I’ve also worked and focused on women, who have specifically undergone domestic violence and abuse. I work towards providing them with a safe space and resources to work with their trauma and reach a more supportive environment.

I am inspired by various approaches and theories that center around a humanistic and interpersonal psychotherapeutic approach. I also work with a holistic point of view, using mindfulness and affirmation techniques, breathwork, and grounding exercises.

My services include individual and group meetings. I provide local and online tools such as worksheets/books/articles, social media pages, site/contact information, and “venting sessions”.

Areas of focus:

  • Acculturation & Generational Trauma
  • Domestic Violence & Survival
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Emotional, Mental and Physical Trauma
  • Grief & Guilt
  • Hispanic/ Latino Culture Norms/ Stereotypes
  • PTSD
  • Self Care

  • Women’s Issues

For more information on my projects, groups, and individual services, please contact me at 305counseling@gmail.com or +1 (786) 586-1237.
