Couples therapy consists of a meeting between the two parties in the relationship and the professional to identify the main problems and work towards a better version of the relationship.
The main problems that come to our office are: infidelities, communication problems, difficulties with conflict resolution, emotional instability, differences in life perspectives, resentments, emotional codependence, insecurities, and ambivalent feelings about whether to stay in the relationship or not, seeing different and new attitudes and behaviors in your partner, the loss of a family member or job, the education of children, eroticism and sexual communication.
Working on the relationship involves personal growth. In therapy there is a transformation through emotional processing and identification of how to accept each other’s differences, and how to respond to those differences.

The therapist always has a neutral role. The intervention tries to break and transform the maladaptive patterns of living together in the relationship.
The therapy is very effective, the important thing is that the couple attends the sessions and share their difficulties. The agreements and the commitment achieved in therapy make the couple work as a team to achieve the desired stability.
Our team is represented by a group of enthusiastic and motivated therapists that are ready to provide the best quality of care.
