Individual therapy

The orientation and personal therapy is carried out on a specific problem during a determined period of time with the objective of reaching the proposed goals. In a safe and confidential space, our therapists provide the tools to achieve greater emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. 

We help to:

  • Dealing with anxiety and panic attacks 
  • Address obsessive-compulsive behaviors
  • Dealing with stress
  • Addressing relationship problems 
  • Dealing with low self-esteem and lack of confidence – Dealing with social phobia 
  • Dealing with social phobia, fears, shyness
  • To make decisions and work on personal insecurity

Methodology

The different interventions used by our therapists are:

  • Psychodynamic therapy 

 

The goals in the first session are: to establish trust and effective communication, explore the problems and expectations, determine the plan of action providing from that first meeting the necessary education for a better understanding of the situation, the causes, and possible resolutions. 

For some people with anxiety disorders, depression or mood swings, a combination of individual therapy, medication management, and support groups may be most appropriate.
